High above the village are the rocky peaks of the Vratzata, Babkite, Toshina Mogila, Bukuveshki kamak, Mednishki vrah, Iskri vrah, Kamena straga and Ravnio kamak. They are all composed of white limestone and create a gorgeous view. The village has given the name of a big tectonic fold in the Stara Planina mountains – the Zgorigrad anticline.
