The property is situated on the regulated junction to Nessebar which guarantees easy and comfortable access to it. E-87 First Class Road is the main route to all the major towns and resorts on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and to the borderline with Turkey as well. Recently the infrastructure and development of the region went through a vast and quick upsurge which lead to an unprecedented building activity. Next to the plot are situated the newly-opened Building Supermarket ‘Masterhouse’, a Grocery’s storehouse and few office buildings.
Mall Interiori Nessebar will be situated just 28 minutes drive away from downtown Burgas, 20 minutes drive from the International Airport, and only 3 minutes drive from Sunny Beach and Nessebar.
The main idea of the project is to gather under the same roof premises with commercial and exhibition purposes, storage areas and offices. Therefore, the building is separated in two sections – commercial and administrative, which can operate simultaneously and without impeding each other. In terms of spatial composition the building will present two orthogonal prisms parallel one to another. The commercial and exhibition spaces are designed with a spacious atrium which will be well illuminated due to the large roof and wall glazing. There is an escalator and a panoramic lift planned in the atrium that will serve the entire building. The administrative part is designed in the modern office building style based on comfort and functionality and with a touch of romance added by the magnificent view towards the sea revealing from the upper floors.
The trade centre will have a total built area of 6 000 square meters on 3255 sq.m. plot of land and will comprise 6 floors – 3 commercial, 2 administrative and 1 for storages. An outdoors parking with a total of 100 parking lots is provided. There are a total of 15 stores and 10 offices.
The underground floor consists of a foyer, a large store situated at the front side of the building, storages for the other stores, an elevator and staircases. The ground floor consists of a foyer, an information desk, a security point, a caf?-bar, and 8 boutique shops, a terrace, WCs, an escalator, an elevator and staircases serving the entire building. The first and the second floors are identical and will consist of a foyer and 3 show room stores, WCs. The third floor comprises a foyer, a meeting room, eleven offices, and terraces, WCs, an elevator and staircases. The fourth floor consists of a foyer and 3 offices each of them with 3 separate premises, WC and a terrace with a panoramic view.
Despite the initial idea of the project, the last two floors could be transformed into restaurants and cafes with panoramic terraces.
The price includes the plot and the approved architectural project for building a trade centre.
Don’t miss this unique investment opportunity!
Nessebar features marvelous climate all-year without any polluters and wonderful combination of sea and mountain atmosphere. Nessebar was designated a UNESCO World cultural Heritage Sight in 1983 for its unique colour and architecture. The town is a real museum showing the building traditions in our lands with over 20 places of interest. There have been preserved valuable monuments from all ages of its thousand-year old existence - old fortress walls from the Roman Middle age, Byzantine and old Bulgarian churches, ancient houses from the 18th and 19th century.
Bourgas is the fourth largest city in Bulgaria. Its population amounts to 210 000 residents. It is 390 km distant east from Sofia, 21 km south from Pomorie and 30 km northwest from Sozopol. It is situated in the western part of the bay of Bourgas and is surrounded by Atanasov’s lake- northward, Bougas’ lake- westward and Mandrensko’s lake- south- westward.
It is а successor of the Roman settlement Deultum and Byzantian settlements-Pharos and Straviako. In the Middle Ages was built a fortress called Pirgos, which translated into Greek means a stone tower. It was used for surveillance. Till the War of Krim, Bourgas was dependent on Anhialo (Pomorie) and had population four as much. After the Liberation and especially after building a port in 1906 and a railway in 1910, it turned into a center of the Bulgarian southern Black Sea with developped industry and trade. Today Bourgas is a cultural and a scientific center. There are universities, a theatre, an opera, and a symphony orchestra. Above all the city is an important port and a seaside tourist center in the whole southern Black Sea. The climate is pleasant-with open winter and sunny and long summer. The dark sands on the beach get warm in a short period of time and have good healing properties.
A great number of hotels in the city offer a perfect opportunity for fun and rest.
Places of interest are also the Historical museum with а great collection of exhibits of ancient colonies- golden figures, tomb-stones, black figured vases from the 4th century BC, etc.; the Ethnographic museum –the most interesting exhibits are the mummer’s masks.; the Natural science museum which represents the variety of the flora and fauna in the region of Bourgas.
In the Sea garden are erected many monuments and busts of prominent Bulgarian revolutionaries and writers of the Bulgarian national revival period. In the city there is a cathedral with the name of "St. St. Ciril and Methodius", an Armenian church, two temples - "St. Virgin Mary" and "St. Ivan of Rila".
16 km northwest of the city you can find the mineral baths of Bourgas. They are built close to the thermal springs.
You can go to Bourgas using different types of transport. The airport of Bourgas has flights during the whole year. Next to it are the railway and the bus stations.
There are bus and train destinations to the whole country.
